Noise Siphon Pressure

Drawing inspiration from Steven Wooley, I wanted to bump this over to Noise. I think gorman can add a lot of econ to the picture, given the siphoning, and you can recur it with deja vu if the corp is so poor its not worth siphoning.

You get the added bonus of easy mills, so I dropped some of the DLR in favor or more viruses. Hemorrhage should make HQ multi-access not necessary. I think this should be pretty comparable to Reina.

I'm pretty new to Netrunner, but to me this deck looks incredibly fun and efficient. I love the interaction between Joshua B. and Data Leak Reversal, that is just plain dirty. I imagine the reason you're not running The Maker's Eye is because of your heavy investment of putting on econ pressure with Account Siphon and Gorman Drip v1, but would Maker's not help close out games faster?

I don't like running 1 of cards when it's like maker's eye. And I'm not dropping siphon. Medium is in faction, and if the corp is 0'ed out, repeated hits with medium are better anyway, especially in conjunction with Imp.

The addition of heavy viruses and noise forces a full turn of purging that the Reina version probably doesn't have, which is less time making money, so it's easier to keep them poor. Medium provides a very immediate need to do that.

I don't think there has been enough attention on the potential combo power of Vamp / Account Siphon and Gorman Drip. I love it! I ran something very similar to this and found it to be incredibly effective. Great selections all around. Might subtract one Armitage for another DLR, but that'd be staking quite a bit on landing that early Siphon.

What do you look for in an opening hand?
