Pravdivost Percy

Percy is a good tank engine. He's always eager to go steam around the yard, and is fast to volunteer for things.

This is just a Pravdivost Consulting deck that tries to pressure the runner into running every turn, and starve them of credits as a result. When you can get a starvation lock down, the runner just can't do what they want to do every turn, so you can funnel them into your Archives or another server to keep you from getting value. Other than that, this is nothing special.
