CombinationBean 34

Went 3-0 in an online store champ, though might just be luck. Thing with this deck is you can rez pretty solid ice real early. Turn 1 you're looking for one of... maybe three things? Two ice and a hedge fund (and a government subsidy if you're lucky), two ice and a Regolith, or a bunch of econ ops and maybe one ice. Poppin hedge fund early is real efficient as it triggers your ID ability and can make you 6 creds if you trash, enough to immediately government subsidy. While Regolith doesn't trigger your ID ability, only costs two creds to start so if you get your cheap gear checks you can protect HQ and Regolith, and as long as you keep two in the tank get seven your next turn.

Once you've set up your econ, your scoring pressure usually looks like a combo of big ice, border control, and Isaac or Manegarm interchangably (or both!). Dropping a tollbooth early can force Above the Law through, and be a good setup for later, and with Isaac it increases to seven strength forcing them to pay 3 plus significant pump costs, even with anarch breakers. Or boomerang it, but then you still at least forced it back in stack and 3. Logjam, Pharos, and Tree Line are good on the remote too, most of your strong ice being barriers. Colossus and Hammer can be taxing with Isaac, but with no ETRs the runner can just eat them when they need to, so those are preferably on centrals unless you're real hard up for ice.

The defense can be disarmed by Pinhole Threading, but pretty much any upgrade struggles against that, you have enough + recursion that you can still usually plop it down when you need it. Isaac can sit in centrals when you aren't scoring to tax the runner more, just be sure you have enough money to rez the ice he is pumping so he isn't an easy trash there. Skunkworks really only goes in the remote. Angelique and Punitive work for when the runner steals agendas. Having her in a server with a 3 pointer can make for 5 total meat damage. Lot of runners have heavy card draw to survive, but with popular Loup decks running Audrey, they also can be quite low on cards if they don't happen to have a steelskin when they push in, so you can get a flatline. Otherwise, Angelique can just be a bonus tax, and is a fun facedown bluff in the remote to get the runner to eat all your taxes just for the opportunity to take 2 meat.

For the agendas, mostly 3s with 3 Send a Messages and 3 Basalt Spires. Send a Message lets you rez your expensive ice like tollbooth or your bonus cost Archer. Sometimes you almost want it stolen early game cause it can rez taxing enough ice for you to get a scoring window you can't get if you get unlucky with econ draws. Basalt Spire gives you recursion, letting you get back your powerful operations or upgrades if they've been gung ho about trashing them. 3x Hostile Takeover gives you a nice econ agenda. Getting one as your first agenda is nice cause it gives you a boost and points on the board, and can help you get to government subsidy levels if you draw no other operations or Regoliths. 1 Bad Pub ain't too bad considering the tax you're putting down, but a second or third can start to cheapen runs and trashes, so I often want to avoid scoring more except as closers. 1x Above the Law gets the points we need, and can be useful for trashing powerful resources or just their econ. Generally, I often score a Hostile or Above the Law early, then close out with two 3s. If you get plenty of econ, you can force the threes through early with a strong ice and border control and maybe an upgrade. Install Advance Advance, score next turn, they often won't be able to breach twice with that Border Control in a single turn. Late game it just adds up to more ice and more upgrades, plus an econ advantage. Keep at least one border control on the server, if you can get two down plus force them through tollbooth or Archer or a really advanced Logjam there is no chance for them to breach in a single turn, meaning that you can force the last points through. Sometimes you get unlucky with draws and have to force through 3 3 pointers, but thems the breaks. You got enough tax doing it thrice isn't impossible.

For many players, the Dinosaur Game represents more than just a way to pass the time. It symbolizes resilience and perseverance, as the dinosaur continues to run despite the obstacles in its path. This metaphorical aspect adds depth to the game and resonates with players on a personal level.
