Para/Fan Site

This is a Kate variation of the Sifr-Hayley deck that's been going around recently (because I can't get my head around playing Hayley). Most of it probably self-explanatory. Scavenge was a late include to swap an unused SMC for a Parasite on rezzed ice, though I don't think I need three (and a Sac. Con. would definitely have been handy).

To probably nobody's surprise, it works better in Hayley. Three of my four defeats were incredibly tight, and may have gone the other way with a bit more speed. Fun though.
