Dr. Nuka Vrolyck: Really important to dig for the breaker suite. Unlike Earthrise it can be played for free off Seb and recurred with PA for 0.

Rest of the deck includes cards that I feel belong in a Seb shell. Obvious choices. Added Finality for some spice and as a potential end the game right now solution. With Manny you hit 5 off the top.
