[Startup] Shark Service 1.0 - Last Place in Austin GNK

It’s more or less a standard Weyland Punitive shell. The plan is you put Reduced Service in your remote and a Hakarl on each central and use their derez ability to make Reduced Service more expensive and jam agendas. Then they’re all the more likely to be poor when Punitive comes. But in three rounds if swiss, I never drew both cards, so who knows how that combo feels. Not me.
