No-Siphon CT Rush v0.2

My current version of a Chaos Theory rush deck that builds a rig fast, runs hard, and digs deep without the aid of an Account Siphon economy. This current version is a departure from the Morningstar build originally inspired by Jamieson's "In a Red Dress and Alone" and Fjord's re-spin of that deck ("Dino-mite").

I've drifted more and more towards using events for almost everything, to the point where I'm even considering putting in some Prepaid VoicePADs.
