Pretty certain I either Corp split or swept (and a tie versus the king!) on my matchups during Crown of Servers, but that day was such a blur please feel free to correct me!
When I was introduced to standard, my friend Lucy sent me Shoot the Moon and after playing it a few times, I fell in love. I continued to play shoot the moon as god intended until about a week before UK Nats, when suddenly I found it just wasn't winning me games any more. Deep Dive Lat was running circles around me and getting into my servers stopping me from getting those important early round scores. My friends suggested pivoting to the SkunkVoid archetype but I wasn't fully convinced, I was already playing that archetype in startup and I didn't want to be playing the same deck twice. So.... I recognised the need for a move voidwards and did my best to create a cohesive combo of the two decks, leading to BAD MOON RISING.
The general idea of this deck is that it can match shoot the, moons speed when necessary, but it can also shell up and build a skunkvoid server to score out from when necessary. It did me very well on Crown of Servers but didn't perform quite as well on the main event, getting torn apart by Esa and defeated by deep dive.
