Skynet Division 0.1

This is the first draft of a deck I made accidentally; I was making some random decks and trying out ideas and noticed that this was forming into a theme I found oddly familiar. It ended up mainly as a joke for a friend but I am now actually curious if this is in any way viable. Guess we will find out once my friend has the time to pick up the cards!
