Beyond Thunderdome (or how to beat the new anarch suite)

How to beat the new anarch stuff

Swordsman for eater (patch as necessary to get out of femme/mimic range) Executive Boot camp - to rez ice against valencia, leela, blackmail, naisir Architect - patch it with patch, sub, to boost the cost of keyhole runs. Architect can't be trashed .. perfect for parasites.

Fast track to pull government takeover and stick it on a glennstation. Or to pull chronos.

Remember - small ice in front of same type big ice to prevent cutlery. Rainbow is your all purpose defense.

Run the deck poor - you have crisium - but the best defense is just to make account siphon unprofitable.

Potential mods to deck: Levy (to find swords men) Never used IT department. game is usually won by the time I get it.

Where's your money? I think you can afford to run fewer patch tricks in order to play 3 hedge fund.

I like your strategy thinking. I agree with Kronosdev; where is your credit-maker? How are you funding all this?

This deck is different. You don't need credit makers. Each click you put on a space is is worth three. So your average turn is advance, click for credit, advance.

If you think about it, thats 6 credits for three clicks, or 2 credits per click.

I did mention that this deck runs poor - its one of the defenses against account siphon.

With an EBC out - about the most credits you will ever need is 3 - when you want to rez architect or rainbow. And you never end the turn if you can help it with 3 credits and rezzed ice in front of hq. You want to make it unworthwhile to run.

This is a durdle deck. You're not setting up remotes for people to bank job off of. Or sec-test off.

You are, instead capitalizing on the weaknesses of the current meta, which are designed for fast running RP/NEH. These decks require lots of multi access, with ways to trash or defeat asset based economy.

You, my friend, are durdle the turtle. Advance, click, advance. Advance, click, advance. Advance, lay down new ice, advance....

I'd rate this deck as a B. As advertise it works pretty well - I've just fallen completely in love with Good Housekeeping (see my deck of the same name).
