Mindfucks and Bio-ethics, spawn of IG (2016 summer kit)

CTM is arguably one of the most competitive ID's that we have seen in a while. It gives the corp player a huge lead in the early game leading to crucial points or tags. The Ideal build for CTM is quite standard and it works. It works so well it won the world championships.

But of course there are people like me who don't like playing what other people are playing and go and fuck it all up with a deck like this. I took this to a summer kit in august and did alright with it (surprisingly) but I have since shunned it away into the dark and musty corner of my deck collection where all "the evil decks go". By this point you guys are probably wondering what the heck I am doing and I will tell you. CTM had just come out and I was recovering from IG inflicted trauma when I decided to build this. I had always had an unhealthy fascination with prison decks but I hated IG with a passion stronger than blue cheese. little did I know that it had impregnated me with its seed and I was under its influence, destined to carry out the worst crime the Netrunner community had ever witnessed. And so it was under the shadow of evil that built "THE SPAWN OF IG!!!"

if IG had a special needs child that had the beauty of the ugly duckling this deck would be that child.

Ok so card choices:

ASSETS: Bio-ethics association: Nobody expects it. No one. You should have seen their faces when I rezzed it. Any way you use Bioethics to maneuver you way into a scoring window, rezz it only when you have an way to score an agenda next turn. It actually works. they are forced to trash it, thus suffering a huge tempo hit which buys you time to score behind a tollbooth or land a HHN.

Project junebug: This fuck's with their head. Hardcore. I once got a whizzard player to hit both of them in one turn and they were both doubled advance. Big LOL's. this makes them wary about running things that are advanced and if they hit one, BIG tempo hit, even if they don't trash it. Also it gives you an option to score a GFI.

other than that everything else is pretty standard. Psychographics has won me so many games, so has EOI. But yeah it works pretty well as a tool to give your opponent a headache :) Hope you enjoy it as much as I did, Its super fun to pilot I must say.
