Advanced Transaction Ambush Glacier

This is a relatively stable version that works quite okay. I play it again from time to time and it's fun to play. It still lacks a lot of reliability and I still suck at bluffing, but it's okay :D

I just wanted to upload this so that people that helped me with the prior version can see the progress, because I've made a lot of small changes on the deck. Recently I haven't really touched this, though.
