Preliminary note: This deck dies to Whizzard. Luckily for me, CO's meta is weird and I haven't played against one in months!
This is a variant of the "Untrashable" archetype I've been messing with for around 2 years now, and is one of my favourite decks I've ever played. Games are typically long and grindy, and somewhere around 50% end with the runner just conceding early. What I really like about it, though, is that is plays so much differently and has so much more interaction than the prison decks of yore. Early, you start building up your empire, amassing great wealth and mainly attempt to get out minimum 2 Hostile Infrastructure and 2 Bio-Ethics Association. For a good portion of runners, if you can get that out and rezzed it's already game over. For the runners that are extra good at holding out, by the time they're able to finish dealing with that whole mess you've typically had enough time to get your scoring server set up and start scoring, while all the net damage they've taken and money they've spent has killed their economy (and sometimes even their rig) and even if they can get into your servers they can't steal your agendas, and it's great. I had at least 2 people access a Fetal AI without being able to score it that day. The deck ended up 2/2 in swiss (The last 2 rounds were ID's) and 2/3 in top cut. The loss was to a Val who was swiftly destroyed two games later. The other deck I ran was the Internet Famous Smoke deck, which didn't drop a game all day. It's already been extensively talked about elsewhere though, so I won't say anything else here.
Card choices-
Hostile Infrastructure: The backbone of the deck. Much earlier versions of Untrashable decks typically ran like 2 of these and 2 or 3 Encryption Protocols, but I've found that with even 1 of these rezzed it's an enormous tax on the runner. These typically get rezzed whenever I can safely rez it and still be at 4 credits if they're running a central with Snares in it, or I'll rez even them and go down to 1-2 credits if they're running so they can trash any of the assets. It's also really funny when they hit a Snare! with a few of these rezzed and can't trash it, or when they're forced to trash Mumbad Virtual Tour plus take some damage.
Mumba Temples over the 3rd Eli: Eli is still super good, but Mumba Temple is really needed for economy, plus it's another asset that sucks to trash. It also helps you play around Beth and surprise runners with DNA Trackers.
Museum of History with no support and it's not even a 3 of?: Museum is just a really strong card, and I already wanted to go a few cards over 49, so they just made sense to throw in. These used to be 2 other Interns, which are also great in their own way, but also being assets that are such huge targets to trash is also really nice. They aren't at all the point of the deck though, most games I pass them up for other options.
Hedge Fund over Diversified Portfolio: I used to run Diversified, but Hedge Fund is just so much more consistent. They're only at a 2 of because Sundews and Mumba Temple's are overall better, and it can actually be pretty difficult to get up to 5 credits sometimes. I've also considered turning these into a current and something like Cerebral Static, Scarcity or even Curfew might be better, because Rumor Mill and Employee Strike still sting quite a bit.
Agendas that are mean to steal: These are a huge part of the deck, the main point of the deck is to really heavily tax the runner, and so the runner often ends up so poor of low on cards they either can't steal things or they just die. The Philotic is only there because it's the best alternative to anything else, and even then whenever the runner finds it it usually ends up being pretty bad news for me.
ICE in general: Probably the thing that was most difficult to get right, and it's probably the part that still needs the most improvement, because I'm not great at ICE. Overall pretty standard RP stuff though, Eli is absurd and goes on the remote whenever possible, Crick is especially absurd and often goes on R&D and HQ because it's never expected there and will often fire, Excalibur does pretty well right now because there's a lot less AI's and DNA Tracker is still really strong.
