Just a few remarks that come to mind while reading your list:

i) you could probably cut some copies of some cards (Paule's, Cybertrooper, as well as some of your programs), which are redundant. Similarly, I'm not sure that Ice Carver is central enough to your deck to deserve more than half of your influence. I would at least remove one copy (in order to make room, e.g., to a Dockland pass, or to any other impactful influence card).

ii) I would replace the Test Runs by some Self-Modifying Code, which are more interesting tempo-wise. Once again, with access to a way to fetch your breakers, you can cut some copies in order to limit dead draws later on.

iii) I'm not sure about Paule's. I get that it's nice to be able to play a Chameleon/boomerang mid-run, but this costs you the click anyway, and costs you 1 credit more. To achieve a similar result, you could replace the Paule's by Simulchips, which let you play with Egret at instant-speed, and are (in my opinion) much more flexible.
