Recursion Inferno! v1.0

Knight is very similar to Femme Fatale, but since you can have both, I say: why not? Knight, Femme Fatale and Atman, can all benefit greatly from Scavenge. Same Old Thing is basically there just for Scavenge.

I picked Deep Red simply but because it allows to use Knight way more efficiently, and the extra 3 MU will fully cover all the Cäissa. Since I picked Magnum Opus as the main economy engine, though, I added a couple Akamatsu to allow some flexibility.

There is no R&D attack because of the Woman in the Red Dress, which would work against it. Instead, I prefer to go for HQ, which is rather unusual and less expected out of Shapers. Raymond Flint goes along this line of thought, especially since it can provide extra access during the Corp's turn... and a couple HQ Interfaces might help. Naturally, it might get risky against Jinteki, but nobody forces you into using Raymond Flint against them, after all. Especially since the access is mandatory. Or I might just add some Net Damage protection in the next version if I notice it would help a lot.

I have a chaos theory version of this deck that I just made public. I included bishop to double the number of ice potentially covered by the atman strengths. I don't run scavenge because I'm hopefully going to be running my testrun->femme as an inside job type situation, and as the game goes on using mopus to finalize her location. Though, upping it to a Kate sized deck I agree with its inclusion. I think this deck type is pretty scary in concept. You're just a few clicks away from a full access suite on any server! Below is mine if you want to glean anything from it.

Personally, I'd remove Daily Casts, due to their poor gain, but I can see why it's there: having a perfect active economy engine, you want some passive to be able to run more. I'd reduce Ray to one copy because it's very situational and get to 3 MO, so that you can set it up quickly without losing TR+Scavenge, or even TR by itself, and it can be directed to more useful jobs. Anyway, I think that if Scavenge is there for remapping purposes only, Clone Chips and TR lose much of their use, and are therefore not required in triple copy. 2+2 is more than enough to recover Swordsman/Archer/Grim losses, since you have Femme Fatale to facecheck those 3 taking relatively low risks. You could use the 2 slots to include some utility programs, or 2 infiltrations, but that's just random thoughts.

The Net Shield or Deus Ex you mentioned, for example.

Yes it's a really bad situation for the Corp, when everything they rez can be bypassed or broken with a few credits. Atman is sorta the perfect complement to DD and Knight, in this sense.

Seeng yours actually made me notice I forgot Self-modifying Code entirely. It might not be needed, though, given that I have 3 copies of each IB... but it would be nice, and I could probably fit in a couple copies. Bishop was also on my wanted list, for this deck, but I was short on influence! I could possibly use a single Datasucker instead, by removing a FF... or remove a single Knight for 2 copies, but that would make Deep Red even less needed.

Yes, three copies of MO could be better, but I prefer to add copies of cards that are actually more useful, like Test Run. I wouldn't normally TR a Magnum Opus, but if it is nowhere to be seen... I might as well to speed things up. I could actually swap a copy of TR and a Raymond Flint for 2 copies of Self-modifying Code. Having both tutors, which work quite differently, would give me more options.

Yes, 3 copies of TR might be one too many. Clone Chip, however, is very useful for Knight, since the Corp might end up trashing the hosting ICE and I need to recover it. So I wanna see how often that happens before thinking about removing a copy of CC.
