Based on Capt_nice excellent deck (https://netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/60590/saras-whati-is-op-6-0-winner-lockdown-6-).
This is the Cyberdex jank. Score Cyberdex Sandbox as early as possible. Then purge for value (Sandstone regenerate, 4 creds, no viruses).
With the new ban list (sept. 2020), Corporate Sales Team (CST) become good again, because PAD Tap will not be there to be triggered. I think it fit well here, because econ is the key for a glacier deck. Too often, it is not possible to rez everything, because Cyberdex Sandbox was not scored early. But with CST, you'll get drip for the next 5 turns. Nisei MK II is good, but being able to rez all ices is better.
Gene Splicer should allow you to get that 1 point so that you need only to score 3 agendas. NGO is a good bait and you can get it up faster with your ID. Crisium is for Stargate and DoF.
While this has 16 ices, it is still rather fast, with Medical Breakthrough, and Saraswati ID ability. I took off La Costa because there is no agenda which need 5 advancements. You always install the Agendas and Gene Splicer with your ID. Next turn, you advance 3x to score. Simple.
Aumakua users beware. Once Cyberdex Sandbox as been scored, you'll have no virus, ever.
About the ices. Macrophage will generate revenues. Mlinzy is a big tax. Sandstone is cheap for the protection it gives, and will be often regenerated. Surveyor is super strong on the remote, once you get 4 ices. Crick is superb on archive. Vanilla will give you some protection from Hippo and allow you to score behind an ETR ice. Thimblerig will allow the movement of ices. Macrophage give you additional out of turn purge. Sandstone combo well with Reverse Infection, because it can give additionnal virus tokens to trash cards from the stack.
Note that while Cortex Lock is amazing early, I retired it for Vanilla. Anansi is also slightly better, but a cheaper Mlinzi gave me less trouble and when the runner "pay" instead of damage, they lose a lot of cards from the stack, making the end game that much more difficult.
This is a rather fast glacier, so your game should be a bit quicker.
Cheers.
