First stab at an Ice Destruction E3 deck. I was initially thinking of this as a tag-me-Obelus machine, but revamped for virii. You can tear RND open and dig real deep, real quick, if you manage not to get killed in the process.

I'm trying to leverage a lot of overlapping synergies here, and it might be a bit busy, but I'm happy with the concept.

I initially had Fencer Fueno instead of Hijacked Router, and I'm still not sure. The friendly dolphin helps against Crisium and other things that get you down, but I found myself not using him enough.
