Nova for Nova/Ampere tourney (1-4)

I still don't know what I'm doing for runner builds. My only win was in round 1 off the back of Dreamnet, DJ Fenris with Loup, and Conduit. I didn't get my kit together in time in my other matches and Dreamnet was banned partway through the tournament requiring a quick sub.
