Do tags, make money, score agendas behind barriers. If runner puts on barrier breaker tag them via Public Trail or AMAZE Amusements. Then destroy only barrier and resource and go on. Repeat until runner runs out barrier. Also seamless launch let you score 4/2 agendas without initial advancing.
