Replaced Contract Killers for Punitives, as CK is too big of a tempo hit and bluffing them wasn't strong enough. Popup gave way to Enigma; it was good, but as a single it wasn't that impactful. Also removed Reversed Accounts - it wasn't all that useful in creating a scoring window - and Crisium was quite situational and not that useful. Instead, DBS. DBS is a good card, it is great for rushing and helps with agenda floods that cost me quite a few games. Punitives are a "sometimes I get lucky" card, I think less situational than the other Weyland/neutral cards I could choose. Enigma is nice as gearcheck and has some facecheck value; the choice was between it, Wall of Static (I already have plenty of other cheap, better barriers) and Caduceus (not very taxing in a meta with Mimics and porous to boot).
