h/t @BobAloVski on the stimhack forums for his mining accident smoke list that I modified.

I got a timed win, a loss (points), and a loss (points) with this deck. I hadn't really tested it out, and it seemed like bad pub + net mercur would be sufficient econ. It wasn't. Next time that I try smoke, I'll probably use a Liberated Account/Career Fair-based economy.
