Economy is mostly drip based with the PADs and all that jazz - but Turtlebacks have proved themselves on the field of battle as amusing at the very least.
Essentially, the idea is to tax out, then slam down with the fast advance. So you don't play it as straight as you normally would. Don't just rush it out. You can play a little slower, gain some money from your PADs, bury some agendas with DBS, so on. Then strike while the iron of the Holy Grail is hot!
