Psi games and expectations, bad tempo and rotations

One of those decks that's probably better in a different ID. I wanted to build a deck with some of my favourite FFG cards and bring them to a CO before the next rotation.

It's a fun deck to play but more often than not you'll be starved for breakers against anything that isn't glacier or midrange.
