Tested with some plays. It goes. Working surprise deck since Komainu is usually unexpected and when you manage to setup him plus the twins in a remote (or elsewhere), 7 creds and you are on top. Obviously, do not spoil them until you can profit! Remember that the foundry lets you fetch the other Komainu just when you rez the one installed (do not rez other ICEs that turn if you need to do this shenanigan). If you overadvance a Vitruvius project you will make the poor runner meet the dog as many times more as you have counters and the math is easy.

Many ETR ices keep the runner spending creds to pass through all of them. Mimic is your first target to bait with Aggressive Secretary.
