Combination of a few neat ideas I saw at game night; the Idea is to use power nap as your economy engine while you are tutoring for your kit the anarch way(a.k.a. setting things on fire until you get what you want)

Seems like a fun idea, although I'd also run blackmail so that frame job does more than just give the corp bad pub.
