It's time to reject your humanity ...again!
So earlier I posted a For Funsies nonsense deck called Za Warudo!! utilizing as many click effect cards as I could reasonably manage. Then I played that deck and realised that it's actually a pretty powerful and pretty fun set of cards.
So let's get a little more serious.
How many points can you score in the frozen time?
This deck is about creating a situation wherein it is next to impossible for the runner to muster enough clicks to stop the combo of cards that lends it a ridiculous amount of clicks for the corp. Unchecked, this deck becomes a monster demanding run events just to challenge a single server. It also makes fairly reliable ice even more imposing by denying a 3 click cost bypass.
While not as asset heavy as most Moon decks, your click per turn swing makes it very hard for the runner to keep pace allowing you to score out agendas while they busy themselves with cleaning up your Clone Suffrage Movements. Credits are easy to come by because this is modern HB where money is what we use to wipe when using the restroom and recursion is pretty much built into the faction.
While time manipulation can be somewhat taxing to maintain, so long as you are doing more to advance your game plan turn by turn than the runner is, things are working out your way.
Give it a shot. Have fun. And be sure to scream "WRRRRYYYYYY!" while scoring your last agenda before your opponent vows never to speak with you again.

Nice list. Seems like it would be effective in a lot of different match-ups.
I wonder how it would perform if you swapped the Hedge Funds for either Blue Level Clearance or Ultra Violet, since they offer some nice synergy with Jeeves and added draw power. For example, with Jeeves out you could Blue Level > Load Testing > Friends in High Places or Ultra Violet (find/install MCA) > Click MCA.
