I was going for a rig where I wouldn't have to pay for installing as much or paying to use the ice breakers.

I only have C&C and opening moves data packs at this point...

Why only one tutor card (SMC)? Consider Special Order or more SMC. Hope it helps.

Great, I will give that a try. In the few playthroughs, I didn't end up having enough economy to use SMC more than once. Would you drop anything to add more SMC? Rabbit Hole maybe?

I would drop 2x omni-drive, 2x rabbit hole, 2x Ice Analyzer, 1x Armitage Codebusting and add 2x Professionl Contacts, 2x Special Order and 1x Sure Gamble.
