Hive is probably a better barrier than Tyrant in this case. You don't need Ice Wall with Himitsu-Bako, note that the identity says you can advance any card, including the runner identity. I would replace them with Guards, forcing a killer out to get passed it and not being able to be bypassed is huge.

I think you can definitely get more creative with the ICE here, your barriers are pretty weak and eventually don't really keep anyone out. Tollbooth is worth a shot, it's a tough break by most means and expensive at the very least. I would probably cut a single Reclamation Order to help squeeze in a lot of this influence.

Have you considered Grim as a way of getting rid of their fracter? No influence cost and high strength is pretty great, and the bad pub isn't too bad of a cost for being able to trash a fracter.
