This deck has a funny idea: put everything in archives.

Play slow, ice up all of your centrals, especially putting Anemone in front of archives. Data Loop on R&D is a good idea to prevent Obokata Protocol steals, and Mirāju in front of HQ so you can shuffle your agendas back in. Overdraw at will, and dump agendas—especially the 1-pointers—into archives. Hope the runner flatlines while running archives, because they didn't expect there to be so many agendas.

BOOM! is splashed just to surprise the odd tagme deck, and Divert Power is so you can derez Anemone to rez Data Loop.

If the runner won't bite, and you're worried about decking out, there is the really cool combo of Regenesis + Moon Pool to score Obokata Protocol, netting 4 points in one turn. Or you can start playing bluffing games with the 3-point agendas and Snare!, Urtica Cipher, and Hangeki on open remotes. Icing a remote is probably not very helpful in this deck, but maybe I'm wrong there.
