Questions about dedicated response team:

1: Can I rez them when the runner is about to access another server?

2: If I had two out would they both fire, doing four meat damage when the run ends?

More specifically, DRT doesn't specify a server (remote, central, this, other, et al) so you can rez it right before someone succeeds, after they choose whether or not to access, and blam!

There is also no reason they wouldn't stack. Abilities that don't stack are ones where it wouldn't make sense to do something multiple times, like Motivation, which isn't unique, but it's ability done multiple times does nothing. So, one DRT would go off, doing two damage, and then the other would also go off, doing 2 damage.
