If you're relatively new to deckbuilding, there are a few good practices you should employee. You typically want to reduce your deck to 45 cards. If I was to pick 10 cards to remove, it would be Battering Ram, Borrowed Satellite, Aesops, Sahasrara, Net Shield, Inti, Omni-Drive, 2xRabbit Hole and Ice Analyzer.
I don't feel your influence is well placed. Inside Job actually works 'against' your ID.
Kit can make the first piece of ICE you encounter gain the Code Gate subtype, making it easy to facecheck ICE with a Fracter. Inside Job still encounters the ICE, but you jump over it, so the Code Gate ability is lost on the piece of ICE you just jumped over. So that's 6 influence on a card that's not useful to you.
Are you limited on data packs? What is the goal you're trying to get at with this deck?
