recommend mandatory upgrades for entry into Project Wotan

With the Bifrost Array in close proximity, and a number of secret projects going on, this foundry deck is meant to be a secret research facility on the Moon. The idea is to get a domestic sleeper out there and borrow a Trick of Light from Jinteki's book to fund my other projects. Want to click through my ice? Not without punishment, and even then, good luck making it all the way through. This facility runs deep, my friend.

I may not be seeing this right, but it looks like the only advanceable thing in the deck is Thomas Haas. You probably need more than 2 cards that can be advanced in the deck if you want this to work

No Hedges or Adonis either...not sure where the consistent econ is gonna come from, but it won't be Successful Demo, I can tell ya that. :) Not trying to be a negative Nancy by any means, but I know what works and what doesn't in HB econ.
