An academic fortress. Levy University researches all of your NEXT ice, Mother Goddess and Priority Requisition targets. Shipment from Mirrormorph lets you throw it out quickly, particularly in front of something you've just installed with Mushin No Shin. The ice threatens program trashing while the bluffed assets threaten damage. With mostly 5/3 agendas and Domestic Sleepers the runner has to steal three agendas to the two that you need to put on the table. It's more or less the HB version of Harmony Medtech.
