Another person who likes LA in CT :P I think 1 levy allowing you to pull liberated multiple times is strong, but you'd need QT. I run 3QT 3 diesel in my drawable resource econ CT deck, with 2 levy's and I draw all day with a similar breaker suite. IMO toolbox as a 1 of is strong too, never discount 2 recurrable credits, and the power of 2 link in this new NBN world.
