Holy Toledo, this nice old man has a sick ability. It's one of those abilities that demands attention from the very beginning of the game, and continues to apply pressure throughout the game. It's no wonder that he's a premiere Rebirth target in Anarch, but I don't see many people running around with Omar from the get go, and I think people are missing out.

The very sight of Omar across the table is going to cause some concern, as it demands a certain level of prediction, or you will be severely punished. With the wrong server left open, Omar can proceed to be very rude.

Your game plan is a straightforward siphon spam adventure. Your ability is at it's strongest in the early game, so do everything in your power to keep the corp at an early game board state.
