Spending inf on Penumbral toolkit without playing any stealth breakers or another reason for stealth seems little odd to me here.
As you have unspent influence you could swap 2x Utae for 2x Penrose with the toolkits and Taka's you would have plenty of stealth credits to use it (you could even add 1 mantle instead of 1 of the Carvers/Fuenos)
