Traffic Court (Second place, Omaha GNK)

This is a largely run of the mill ctm build except with a zealous judge. If they armn’t checking servers install it and don’t Rez it until you need it. If they are, install it behind a data raven.

Whenever they take a tag, Rez it. Then they have to trash it. This can result in tags getting stuck for a turn which is important to getting to tag Hell.

Best case scenario is rezzing it after a seasource or a hard hitting news. It helps with ids that can avoid tags really well such as Geist.
