Learning Netrunner: Episode 4 - Zahya

In this episode we think about designing decks for a specific purpose (rather than just a random collection of cards). Zahya wants to be getting accesses regularly and multi-accesses where possible, so this is intended to be an aggressive, run-based list. Maybe a touch light on draw though (considering swapping one or more Creative Commissions for Wildcat Strikes).
