[Startup] Turning Japanese - basic deck w/ instruction

Basic deck I created to expand Startup card knowledge.

Ideal starting hand would have one or multiple of Gapachon/Keiko/Cookbook.

Try and get a Cookbook down before Leech/Fermenter

Try and get Keiko down before companions.

Get your breakers and companions installed using Gachapon. Can be used mid-run as hail mary if you are missing the required breaker for ice.

Install companions to use on runs/events. Taka should be priority to pay for primrose and afterimage. Install a mantle to help pay shadow cost in late game

Keep identity happy by doing atleast 1 run per turn
