[STARTUP+] Potatoes Evolution

Part of a series of 15 decks made as an introduction to Vesper's Startup Plus format where you can bring one Standard card and one Standard ID into your startup deck. This time, Personal Evolution is importing Obokata Protocol.

One of the most frustrating to play against, Personal Evolution makes it almost impossible to score Obokata Protocol. Effectively costing 5 cards to steal, Anemone and Hokusai Grid will make it an impossible task. Engram Flush is banned from standard too, but you can play it here.
