at first glance - you don't need Deep Red, Knight, or Rook. They're cute but they aren't any good in practice. Grimoire is just generally better, especially with the viruses, though these decks most often run Vigil or Obelus if you plan to keep the tags. Speaking of Medium, it's a nonbo with eater which is why these decks typically use keyhole instead. You probably want a way to beat anti AI ice of each type but at least an MkUltra for swordsman. Crescentus frequently does the emergency shutdown job for less influence. Also consider some of the ice destruction events. So all of that will probably help the deck win more but also less unique.

@Manadog first of all, thank you very much for your comments :) In the different match ups we have tested, we discovered that Rook + Xanadu + ID is a very powerful detriment to rez ICE. However, we do have issues sometimes with the hosting of Caïssa programs. Keyhole looks like a great replacement to Medium because of the nonbo you mentioned with Eater and the Crescentus influence is something to have in consideration (maybe even to squish a third Siphon somehow), but I think we could have problems of MU. I think we are gonna replace the Corroder with MK Ultra for the AI hate though. Thanks again, new version coming soon n.n
