Lockdown #18 Outfit kill

This one went 1-3 at Lockdown #18, but 2 of the 3 lost ones were really close. I played this deck by trying to score the City Works Project behind anemones, sometimes supported by an Argus Crackdown. If not possible, try to kill them with Punitive Counterstrike, once they steal it.
