You Ain't Got Time To Bleed!

NBN FA with a focus on surprise flatline. The idea is to have 2 win conditions to rely on depending on how the game is going.

Thoughts? What do you think could be done differently? I tried Snoop; it didn't work so well for me. Also tried both Punative and Edge of World, but while they worked when they worked, it was always an edge case. I used to have less ICE, but Medium/Keyhole is terrible. :P
