Bullet to the Face

I am new at this but I built this with the idea of tagging the runner and flatlining him primarily with meat damage. I have messed with it and tampered but it still isnt perfect. Moderately successful but. Am also new so as i get better, so does this deck. Any advice would be wonderful. It has won all its games, but it has been too close several times (all games meaning 4 games). I encountered Plascrete for the first time and it made things very difficult so i changed things up including changing my identity.
