Idea of the deck is to tag until they can't deal with the amount of tags anymore.
Then at that point their board becomes under your control through bad times, closed accounts, and information overload.
The world then becomes your oyster not theirs.

I'm going to go down the list from agendas to ICE and explain why I wouldn't choose some of these things. First off, you can have up to 44 cards in your deck without needing to add more agendas which means more econ and more ICE, which you definitely need more. Drop down to one Restructured Datapool. It's not as good as you want it to be in your deck, especially since you don't have the econ to boost trace strength often enough. I would also drop the Profiteerings as 5 credits minimum and 1 bad pub minimum will still hurt in the long run. Change the Profiteerings to TGTBT since you want the Runner to be tagged more often. I'm not gonna question the Private Sec Forces since you are trying to Scorch. I think your Agenda spread should look like this: 3x Private Sec Forces, 3x TGTBT, 1x Restructured Datapool and then 3x AstroScript because it'll help you score the 4/2 and 5/3 agendas. In assets, Jackson is fine, I'd change the PAD Campaigns to Marked Accounts. Marked is 0 rez cost and 5 to trash and does the exact same thing for cheaper. I would toss out the Server Diagnostics in a heartbeat. You aren't running ICEless NBN, it's gonna hurt you more than help you. Upgrades: Bernice is fine in this deck, I'd drop the ChiLo Grid though as you don't have enough Tracer ICE for it to be effective. Operations: Bad Times is not as good a card as you think. You need all 3 in your hand to seriously hurt the Runner and playing one is gonna be a minor nuisance. Plus, it's expensive to drop them all with not a lot of econ in the deck. I'd drop them and add SEA Source or more Midseason or more Econ. I also don't think you need 3 scorched in the deck, even having 2 with the Private Security Forces is usually enough to get the job done and that's 4 influence that can go elsewhere -- preferably into more ICE. ICE: With the amount of econ you're currently running it's just not feasible to run any of these with the exception of Wraparound. If you want to keep these ICE, you gotta get stronger econ or start running cheaper ICE. My suggestion is to run 3x Data Raven at least because it's stupid good in a deck like this. I'd also add Pop-Up Window for more econ and just more ICE in general. 9 is too few, I'd go at least up to 14-15 minimum. |

Definitely think I'm going to drop the bad times for more econ/ICE options, as well as continuing to mess with the econ system I have set up already. (Don't know why Marked Accounts completely slipped my mind during construction) Thanks for the tips! Going to continue playing around with this because I'm really liking the play style this deck sets up. |
I'm a bit concerned about your ICE - Tollbooth seems expensive for this deck, and you don't have a lot of other ways to get credits to make those Traces hurt. Maybe consider some more cheap tagging/taxing ICE like Pop-up Window and Hunter?
