Can't publish with unreleased cards, and no influence for it. I'd target decoders over fracters these days.

Sorry for the mean description everybody :P I think Ark Lockdown will be a nice include although clearing up influence can be a bit tough. I think I'm definitely going to try it with a Code Gate ice suite with DNA Tracker as well to see if targeting decoders works. Not much testing yet, I'd say 50 percent of the time it works every time.
