12 Feb 2014 x3r0h0ur Bernice, chilo + caduceous + viper = taxing and tagging. Probably ought to run at least 1 sea source, its free in faction.
13 Feb 2014 PeekaySK Packing three Scorches, but having neither SEA Source nor Breaking News is a very risky plan. Basically, if the runner is smart and doesn't let you score the Datapool, you have no way to Scorch 'em. And even if you do score it, it probably won't be until late into midgame, by which time they'll be definitely ready for at least 1 Scorch, maybe even two. If nothing else, I'd swap the City Surveillances for SEA Sources. Don't think you have enough ICE to actually defend those, and playing them naked and letting them get trashed is a losing proposition, economically.
