Bad Advance

You can tag the runner with Breaking News, Data Raven or Midseason Replacements. Then you can trash their programs with Bad Times, possibly using the same one twice in one turn with Archived Memories (and biotic to get a fourth click if necessary). That way, they won't be able to SMC-Clot you or they won't have the breakers they need to get through Chimera and Wraparound.
