@Oathwood, isn't Mental Health Clinic naff in the deck because the Runner can simply run it to turn off your ability? I think Tennin is all about a super server build that aims to stop the Runner outright.

Consider Nisei MK II as an Agenda, too, because it plays into the ability for a turn. I'm also looking seriously at Unorthodox Predictions because with enough Barrier coverage, say, it guarantees that they're not running successfully for another turn, could even chain them possibly.

I like Mental Health Clinic! Maybe you are right, but The runner don't wanna trash it all the time anyway. Nisei is a great option, and I might change my Napd for that, but I really like NAPD for it's taxing nature.
