Delta Platinum Rewards (15th @ Worlds 2024)

Worlds was a blast this year and I’m so thankful for all of the effort put in by NSG staff and volunteers. I had wonderful opponents and got to meet people from all over the world connected by our shared passion for this game.

There are too many people that I would love to thank to list them all, but I’d like to give a few shoutouts. Playing DeeR on stream while my good buddy Cranked was doing commentary was a dream come true.

I also want the PDX Netrunner players who have been incredibly welcoming and supportive and everyone who invited me along for food, beers, etc. over the course of the weekend. The Netrunner community has always been so full of love it warms my heart every time I get to go to an event and meet more cool people.

I’ve been playing since 2014 and at this point the game has been “dead” longer than I was playing in the official era, but the energy in that room with 200+ players was a loud reminder that this game is more alive than it’s ever been. My life wouldn’t be the same without it, so thanks to everyone who works so hard to keep it from disappearing.

Lastly I want to say I'm hyped I met CTZ in person. Didn't get to play him but having been confused for him once on a Baa Ram Wu stream, seeing him pilot a similar deck to the top cut made me so happy. Great minds think alike, hope our paths cross again brother.
